Innovate and standardize data gathering, storage and retrieval system to fit the present needs; Coordinate with different groups to create a systematic database; Identify datasets as to the best nature of distribution it will fit; Strengthen communication linkages with other data providers; Conduct collaborative surveys; and Build the database management capability of the project staff to continuously enhance data quality.
